Stefan Bratic, Senior Financial Analyst (bratic@quistvaluation.com) joined the Quist team in 2021. Mr. Bratic works with Quist’s clients to analyze and prepare valuations for corporate planning, shareholder transitions, and estate and gift tax purposes. Prior to joining Quist Mr. Bratic worked in various analytical roles at S&P Global Ratings where he contributed to assigning credit ratings to asset-backed securities, corporate insurance brokers, and property and casualty insurance companies. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the Daniel’s College of Business at the University of Denver.
