Quist Valuation is pleased to sponsor
the 2006 Private Equity CFO Conference in Vail, Colorado - July
13th & 14th, 2006.
The conference, founded by Cooley Godward and SVB Capital, will
bring together an informative program of two half-day sessions which
will include panels of national experts presenting current insights
into the critical issues facing private equity funds today. The
panels and speakers will highlight the latest national trends in
key areas such as tax and accounting, legal, liability and insurance
issues, fundraising, limited partner negotiations, transparency,
best practices, the state of the venture capital market, and many
other timely topics. Brett Suchor, president of Quist Valuation
will be speaking on compliance with IRC 409A valuation requirements.
