Chad Willbur, Manager
Mr. Willbur joined the Quist team in 2004, and currently serves as the manager of the Company's venture capital division. Since 2005, Mr. Willbur has specialized exclusively in the valuation of venture-backed securities for financial reporting under guidance from the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and tax planning under Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code. During this time, Mr. Willbur completed over 1,500 valuation engagements under ASC Topics 718 and 820.
Prior to joining Quist, Mr. Willbur was a research analyst at Parametrix, Inc., an environmental consulting firm with branch offices located throughout the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Willbur holds Bachelors of Arts and Science degrees from the University of Colorado-Boulder.
